We aim to ensure that every container supplied meets the agreed specifications and is in satisfactory condition before dispatch or collection. All containers are inspected prior to delivery or collection.
Returns may be considered where a container has a significant defect or materially differs from the specifications agreed at the time of purchase.
Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery, together with photographs and relevant details where possible. We may inspect the container before approving a return or refund.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method.
Custom-built, modified, or specially configured containers are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, supplier error, or failure to meet the agreed specifications.
Minor cosmetic marks, normal signs of handling, or characteristics consistent with the agreed condition of a container do not normally qualify for a refund.
Delivery charges vary depending on the container type and size, delivery location, site access, and the equipment required for unloading and placement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and site are safe and accessible for the required delivery vehicle, crane, Hiab truck, or lifting equipment.
If delivery is delayed, cancelled, or cannot be completed because of unsuitable access, restricted roads, unsafe site conditions, inadequate space, or other circumstances outside our control, additional delivery or waiting charges may apply.
Customers should ensure that the delivery site is ready and accessible before the scheduled delivery date.
Where a return is approved, return transportation costs may apply.
However, return shipping costs will generally not be charged to the customer where the return is required because of a confirmed significant defect, supplier error, or material failure to meet the agreed specifications.
We reserve the right to assess each return or refund request based on the individual circumstances of the order.
